I called Koodo yesterday about a positive tab balance missing from my account. After an hour on the phone and two people later, I thought I had it straightened out. I logged in the day after and there is still no credit on my account. Is it possible it's there but not showing up?

@Char368 No problem! When you log into your account you will see your offer for your line. You have till April 19th to redeem. Obviously, I would go for the offer online given it's the best one.View original
