Are you asking if you can pay off the entire Tab balance today or within 90 days? If that’s what you are asking, unfortunately that no longer works. You have to pay it off in 24 months in order to avoid any penalties. If you cancel, change, or upgrade within 24 months, you will have to pay off the Tab Bonus as well. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/Tab-bonus

Actually you're okay to pay off the tab balance without any penalties. You just can't upgrade or cancel before 24 months without paying back all or a portion of the tab bonus.
You do have to wait the 90 days to pay it off still though.
