I’ve noticed my Koodo tab is $0 but I’m still being charged. Can’t get a called back how do I resolve this
I was able to find your account in the system and i must inform you that you still have a remaining balance of your tab. Because we are talking about confidential information, i cannot reveal other details, but you can verify them yourself on your Self serve or Customer service agreement, the one that you received in the moment of the renewal. My tab say 0 so why am I being charged 15.00
