I’ve noticed after a couple of months of paying my phone bill, that my tab hasn’t decreased at all even though I am charged for it. Why would this be?

Your tab should be decreasing, I'd send them a private message to their Facebook page if they don't see your message here by tomorrow afternoon

Have you check your PDF bill? it should tell you what you paid. There should be a record of the Tab contribution in the bill. Normally page 3 has the detail.

After checking, if you saw 2 bills of the same Tab amount, you could post the screenshot of them here. Someone might be able to know why. (Delete personal information before posting please)
