It seems to me My KOODO tab just went back up by 3 bucks ... Where can I verify this?


We are all excited about not having to pay extra... I am almost certain I was down to 6 bucks.
Now it's back up to 9. No e-mail capabilities in support?

You sure your not getting contribution's from Koodo and that its not a positive balance ?

Folks You are all right maybe even me too... It IS a positive number..Chadwick pointed it out.. So to verify since I don't remember... It was a negative number when I owed money for the phone I got for "free".
Now back to the question... This isn't money KOODO giving you ! My monthly bill did not change. It's a monthly contribution to a savings account with KOODO. What will happen when I leave KOODO. Will I get that money?

You can use that money to put towards a new phone if you end up staying with Koodo.

It can only be used towards buying a phone from Koodo.
