I have been a loyal Koodo customer for a decade.
For each monthly bill I was paying, Koodo was contributing 10% towards my Tab.
Now they have taken away my Tab with the spin of "Great News!"
They are now giving a $150 one time bribe to upgrade, and have unilaterally, permanently taken away my 10% Tab.
Sorry Koodo: your one-time $150 upgrade offer does not compensate me at the same level I have accumulated over a decade of paying my monthly bills to you.
Some people are willing to take a one-time $150 bribe and shut up, but I not so gullible with marketing spin.
If Koodo refuses to continue to honour my plan -- inclusive of my Tab -- then I will be forced to take my loyal business to another carrier.
