iPhone 6s Upgrade / I Want To Keep My Plan


I Have a Promo plan from years ago i would like to keep when i upgrade to the new iPhone 6s when its available. I looked online at the iPhone 6 to get an idea and its either i buy it our or get a super tab and a worse plan... is there no Tab M anymore ? are those the only two choices im stuck with ?

Hi J, I agree it's pretty strange how it only shows the tab plus for iphones. Although the normal tab should be available for it too. Since Apple usually get carriers to show their phones with the highest subsidy in order to make them seem "cheaper". Hope that helps 🙂

Hi there, you'll definitely be able to use the regular Tab ($360) and keep your current plan 🙂 You'll have to pay off any negative Tab left on your account though! Enjoy your new phone! 
I'm in the same situation, I'm ready to buy an iPhone 6S 64g and I have it in my cart, but next, the system wants me to pick a plan, which are all worse than what I currently have! I'm stuck as there are no option to do anything else. If I buy it on the phone instead of online, I get dinged another $25! This is not good. Can someone help?
You might have to go to a kiosk near you, for some reason you can't select a regular tab online

I phoned the kiosk an hour away (closest to me), they don't have them, they have them for Telus but not for Koodo. The next closest is 5 hours away! Can I call to order?

Their online shop is still down.(I know its really inconvenient)
So you will need to go to a Koodo store/retailer to get it. 
I don't think Koodo will take an order by phone... 
I know my kiosk didn't receive any 64GB maybe wait till Monday or Wednesday to make a trip down there but call ahead of time 🙂
Ok, this is getting ridiculous. I phoned Koodo, they won't ship me a phone, they won't ship one to the nearest kiosk for me, they tell me to phone a store 10 hours away to have them ship one to the nearest kiosk for me, but the kiosk refuses to have anything shipped to them. Come on Koodo, you don't want my business? Should I turn to Telus?

The Mobile Shop in Cranbrook had them Josee, but are sold out already. If you give them your number they will call you to let you know when they have stock. As far as I know they are expecting some next week. We don't ship iphones currently as we had too many frauds with them. I hope you understand. Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me. They are at least at a five-hour drive from here but, I'll try them.

I am an existing Koodo customer and my tab is now paid off.  I actually have a credit on my tab. I would like to upgrade my phone to the Iphone SE 125GB phone online as every place i call they are telling me they can't get the phone in and only available online.  i have searched all over the Koodo website to UPGRADE not add a new phone....I want to upgrade and keep my current plan i have.  Can someone please tell me the steps to complete this UPGRADE?

When you click Add to cart you get the option to get a new phone. Just click that.
Get a new phone: Buys a new phone on the current line.
Add a line: Gets a new phone and a new number.

Also, what plan do you have?
If it's under $40, then it will ask you change your plan if you want to use Tab M.
Same for Tab L - you need to change it to one of Tab L plan if you want to use Tab L.
