If you are porting your number to another provider, DONT CANCEL or else you will lose your number. Just go to the new provider and they will cancel on your behalf. Otherwise, give Koodo a call *611 on your Koodo to cancel. Koodo only charges you until the end of your current billing cycle
Nope you don't get that money back since it's not something you "paid" in the traditional sense. How the Tab works is they take a percentage of your bill & instead of keeping it for themselves, put it into your "Tab".
