I want to cancel my tab payment

Can't call because not in the country. There any way this can be arranged? Would prefer to deal with this by email but it still says that yours is inoperative until July 10th (It's now the twelfth).

Do you mean you want to cancel your tab or your account? If you do mean your tab you can't cancel it you need to pay it off which can be done by logging into your self serve.

Since you are outside of the country I assume what you want is to cancel the services, this is something you need to deal over the phone with customer service, they will need to validate some info with u... If this is not what you are looking for, you can definitely log into your self service account and send a secure email to Koodo using the link Contact Us... Enjoy your trip!
