After I received my huawei phone i decided to return it.
it says that the phone arrived at your warehouse.
I would like to get a new phone from koodo, should i wait for a notice? (now it seems that i cant order a new phone online because i still ‘’ owe’’ money to koodo due to my last prchause with the huawei.
Also i used the sim card that koodo sent my when i ordered a new phone. (huawei)

I think the return hasn’t been processed yet that’s why you can’t order a new one yet.

When did they receive your returned package? The webstore should be the one dealing with that issue. I would suggest you contact them by email at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com They might know more about the status of the returned phone.
