I lost my $150 tab credit when I upgraded to iphone7 yesterday

It retailed for $915. And I kept the same plan($52 mo) At the mall I forgot to mention the tab S credit and the sales people didn't mention it either as they checked my Koodo account. Did we all miss something? I got $100 trade-in credit for my old moto e, and opted for a tab medium ($15) and paid a total of $294.99 + 360 tab. ($654.99) An activation fee of $35 was waived and tab discount was $510. It was A Black Friday sale but could or should it have been $150. better?? Thanks

I belive I've figured it out IPhone was 870$ 510$ was your cost and 360$ was placed on the tab. Your tab credit of 150$ was applied Then your 100$ trade in bonus Then a 35$ activation credit applied That's 285$ in credits. That leaves the 295$ you paid up front. Check your paper...is 912$ correct? Did you buy an accessory or something as well? That's the only number I can't fit.
I really appreciate the reply- you're a great help and I did purchase a $20 case . I hope the picture (invoice) helps. It just adds to my confusion. Thanks again with this. Tim

Yup it sure does

Notice your tab discount

Normally for tab medium it's 360$

But because you've used your 150$ credit it's 510$

So for sure you did get 150$ off an already great promotion.

Edit and they charged you 10$ for your new SIM as well.

So yup you got everything you were entitled too.

🙂

You really hit em with the hein! Good for you!
