I have unlimited evenings and weekends (5pm). Why do I have an 'airtime' charge of $46.50 for a 106 minute call after 5pm?


Why am I being charged so much?

Could this be long distance or roaming? What does it say on your pdf ebill?

Its not long distance or roaming. Its really confusing to me

To be honest with u your getting ripped off with that plan. Your better off going to freedom mobile and get unlimited calling for $25 /month or $40 with 2 GB data
I didnt realize but this also happening with my October bill as well

Looks like you were charged that for going 93mins over your 100 anytime minutes during a non evening or weekend. That at your detailed call log on the following pages and you will see

How about other calls? What was the total amount of non weekend and non evening calls?

29 min in total for non weekend and non evening calls. But I am being charged for 165 min.

Hmm I don't see any calls that had charges there.
You aren't being charged for 165 minutes.
You used a total of 758 minutes,100min out of your included, 565min free, and 93min were overage.
93min * 0.50/min = $46.50
