I have had a $100 positive tab balance in my account up until my November 2016 bill. Can you please tell me why it is now gone?

Is there any charges/change under  "Summary of Koodo Tab" on your Oct/Nov/Dec E-bill?

Not seeing any signs of upgrade, and unfortunately the bill doesn't provide details on how the credits were earned or removed (Terry isn't on a classic tab plan, so he didn't earn the positive tab balance as we typically see here, Mayumi). Strange...
