How long before I can get a new phone on a Tab after activating SIM only?

If someone activates a line on SIM only, how long do you have to wait before you can then upgrade and get a new phone on a Tab after activating on the SIM only?

I don't think you have to wait at all.  I activated SIM only, and when I decided to get a new phone a few months later, the Tab cost was simply added to my existing plan.

I don't think there's any sort of a wait unless your credit class places you on Spending Limit program when you sign up with SIM only. Then you'll have to pay on time for a consistent 6 months to get that cleared. That's a separate issue though.

Indeed Jonathan (and JeremyESQ) are right. You can activate a line on SIM-Only and the very same day, if you decide to buy a phone on the Tab, you should be able to do it. However, as Jonathan said, if you are on the Spending Limit Program (http://koo.do/LQiSqc), your account will be reviewed after 6 months and if you have a good payment history (http://koo.do/1m8KrQt), then the Spending Limit Program will be removed from your account and then you'll be able to get a Tab 🙂.
