How do I get Koodo to send bill notifications via email and NOT TEXT to my 90 yr old mother's phone?

How do I get Koodo to send bill notifications via email and NOT TEXT to my 90 yr old mother's TAB phone? I have asked Koodo via phone call more than once and supposedly it was set up, but no bill notification has ever been sent by email.  They keep sending her a text message which she doesn't know how to open and of course we don't see it, although the phone is in my name and all the other info is ours (we take care of the account as it was set up for her while she was in the hospital).

why don't you set up pre-authorized payments?

For a lot of reasons many many many people don't want to.

I got totally burned by pre authorized payments last year. I hate them. My bank charges a $45 NSF fee, so if a company has my banking info and withdraws the money from my account earlier than my work pay schedule, I may get screwed over. Let's punish you for not having enough money by charging you money... 😕 Banks suck sometimes.
Because she pays us after we pay the bill online, and I have never had a good experience with pre-authorized payments for phone accounts (and we have a land line business phone and home phone and two mobiles of our own).  That wasn't the question though.  We just need notification the bill is ready then we have no problem going to the Koodomobile site to print it off for her and pay it.  So again....
How do we get the notification via email?

Through her self-serve. You know, the place where you manage your Koodo account

Does this article address your situation? https://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/how-do-i-get-my-bills-emailed-to-me

Already read that article and it's unnecessary for an actual bill to be sent to us, we just need notification that the bill is ready online.  We have tried to change things through self-serve but there is no option to have notification sent via email instead of text.  Only choice is if we wish to change our email, but that does not address the notification issue.  The suggested route for change mentioned in that article is no longer available as the comment is over 2 yrs old.

Oops, sorry, it was another similar comment thread that was 2 yrs old, but there is no "Can't find what you are looking for? Try one of these links" choice as mentioned by Robert (Mobile Master).  I tried to find the pathway that he suggested 5 months ago, but none of those choices are there anymore.

@ Randy when you login to your account, you will see a blue banner at the bottom with a number of helpful links. Click on the change address one. It will bring you to our old site where the function of [i]Change Bill Type/Notifications is. This where you can change to an email notification. I hope this helps.

Thank you, Bernard!  I went through the pathway suggested and set that up.  Here's hoping it works for the next bill. 🙂
