How do I confirm if the account is cancelled? Positive tab balance?


I cancelled my Koodo account but I don't think it went through since they are still billing me monthly. I talked to someone at Koodo. Also, why is there a positive charge balance? Could I get that amount from Koodo?

If you called into Koodo to cancel then maybe something went wrong. Call in again and see what's up If you canceled you forfeit any positive tab balance. Tab balances can only be used for phones

If it's not a positive tab amount but a credit of overpayment on your bill you can get that back by calling Koodo customer service and they will mail you that amount.
