I am a koodo customer and am trying to upgrade my phone to a phone for 0$ on a tab plus but when i click on the phone it says i have a tab mid and have to pay 360

If it doesn't give you the option for tab plus once you login this is likely because you are only approved for up to tab mid on your account.
