Having trouble upgrading my phone from self serve

I tried earlier today to upgrade my phone, I would like to keep the same number, when I typed in my number it said it was unavailable. I was also prompted to choose a plan. I would like to keep my remaining plan. Is there anyway I can successfully order a new phone, keep my number, and keep my current plan. Retailers no longer have the phone I want, and I live in PEI so my options are limited when it comes to going to do this in person. Any help, tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Before you begin the process, log into your self serve account, then complete the checkout. Should work fine, I just did it Saturday.
