I called Customer Service today, just to tidy up some stuff on my account, i.e. to freeze my Tab in lieu of the 10% BYOD discount (which I have praised to the mountains and back elsewhere and often). I'm always pleased with the helpfulness of Koodo's Customer Care Center and Gaby today was no different. Although my account is set up in a slightly weird way, Gaby took the time to hear me explain it, took the time to make sure she understood what I was telling her, and went and processed my request within 2 minutes. No long waits and awful elevator music to suffer for someone to pick up the phone, no complicated 17-tiered automated menu jungle, no fumbling because I wanted a BYOD discount though I was using a Koodo phone (borrowed) on the account at the time. So much win, Koodo. So much.
