Hello, last month I switched over to another company. A little over a week ago, I was able to see my bill and to my surprise, it came over 400$! Keep in mind I had about 186$ left on my tab when I cancelled the plan. Looking at the bill it seems that I was charged the 186$, then the monthly tab deduction of 11$ was applied to which I was again charged the remaining tab of 175$, totaling 361$ plus taxes. I tried calling the customer service number, but the menus make it impossible to reach an agent without having an existing Koodo number (which I don't, as I transferred my number), and I've sent 2 e-mails explaining the situation, to no reply. This is extremely frustrating.
