Extra tab charge and unable to process add-ons

I recently upgraded to an iPhone. The entirety of the tab was $360 and I elected to pay off that amount in full. In my recent bill, I see the full $360 amount being charged, but I also see a $15 tab charge. What is it that I'm being charged for? The full amount of the tab should be $360, no?

Also, I find myself unable to access the add-ons page in my account. It's telling me I can't edit or add add-ons until 14 days after I upgrade my phone. However, I upgraded my phone back in November, well over 14 days ago. How do I get access to add-ons?

Usually the tab charge is fixed on your next bill With a credit if there was an extra tab charge.

To fix your self serve issue, you need to contact koodo. You can schedule a call back via koodo assist
