Data charges and new plan


I recently changed my plan to a 60$ unlimited plan 2g. But when I downloaded my koodo self serve app it's says my plan is still my old plan is still in play and so I am being charged for data usage (nation wide tier 12). What gives? I have the paperwork to confirm this plan change

Self Serve usually takes a while to update so you may actually not be getting charged for it. If you're worried about it and want to confirm, I would call customer service to discuss your account at 1-866-995-6636 from any phone or *611 from your Koodo phone.
Thanks I just checked online as we'll and the new plan is still up. I will call on monday
