Hi I have moved overseas and am not coming back to Canada. I would like to discontinue my account. I understand I will have to pay a month ahead. Can I do this process online? I do not have access to phone at the moment.

Last time I checked, the only way was for you to call in. 1-647-788-4337. Or, try emailing them through here: https://secure.koodomobile.com/account/appmanager/support/contactus There is no way to cancel your account online/through self-serve.
