cancelled order?

I placed 2 separate orders for a LG Velvet and only one was approved. The other was cancelled.

I did it in 2 separate orders because i wasn't seeing hlw to place both in one order. So I'm wondering if its cancelled cause my credit isn't good to have both or if it was for some other reason?

For online order, if you are a new customer, they put a restriction on it. Only one phone/number for one account is allowed. After 90days, you could order more for that account. If you would like to add another line within 90 days of opening an account, you would have to visit a Koodo kiosk or a retail to get it.
