Canceled account, tab still owing?


If I've canceled my account, how do I know if I still owe a tab and how do I find out when that amount is due? I've tried clicking on the "tab" tab in Self Serve but it says I'm not authorized to see it.

If you've already canceled then you'd need to call Koodo and speak to a rep.

You should still have access to your Self-Serve  90 days after the cancellation. If you have more than this, or if you cannot access your bill on Self-Serve, you should take Chad’s advice. Give us a call at toll-free 1-866-995-6636 and we will be able to further assist you.
