Can't access my Tab page/balance


Hi there,

When I click on Koodo Tab from the self-serve page, it brings up "An error has occurred. Please refresh the page or try again later."  I've tried clearing my cookies/cache and accessing it from different web browsers (even my phone), but still encounter it.  How can I access it?

If you want to check your Tab balance, then you can see it on page 3 of your Ebill. It says "Summary of Koodo Tab by user". If you have trouble to access to other pages, then I would call Koodo to fix it. They won't charge you for technical support.
