Can I use one tab to pay off another tab on the same account?

Nope, that's not allowed.

But what you can do is use your tab to buy another phone and then you could unlock that phone and sell it. Then use that money to pay off the other tab. But of course now you have the same issue. Why do you want to pay off the other tab? Koodo pays it now and there's no interest involved.
what if i owe 102 dollars on my original tab i had before the changes and want to get the large tab to get a new phone, how does that work

For starters, I don't recommend the Large Tab. It doesn't give you enough value. Either way, if you want to upgrade, you'll have your old (negative) tab billed out to you and start fresh with a new phone on whatever Tab you choose. If you go with Small, you can keep your old plan with no restrictions. If you go with Tab Medium, you must have a $30+ plan (or else you have to switch) + $5 Tab Charge will be added to help pay the subsidy. For Tab Large, you must choose one of the Tab Large plans and then add $10 to help pay off the subsidy. Tab charges will come off once your Tab's finished, which is paid off by 15% from Koodo's end + any Tab Charge you have - this amount is adjusted each month if trending over 24 months - to keep you on track towards the 24 months or less guarantee from Koodo.
I am getting rid of Koodo and going with a different provider with better coverage. I am tired of receiving texts 6 hours after they have been sent.

What makes you conclude that is Koodo's fault? Suppose you go to another provider and you have the same problem, you'd have forfeited your plan with Koodo 😞 Your choice, but wouldn't you consider troubleshooting first?

I have 3 Koodos phones. All have the same issue. I have a Telus account through my business. It has no issues. My oldest son has a Rogers account. It has no issues. I would conclude that it is a Koodos problem.
