All of the new cell phones are expensive nowadays. Why not introduce a "loyalty lab"? When loyal customers that bring their phone, or have paid off the tab on their existing tab, can save up money in a loyalty tab, to help cover the cost of the expensive new phones. I think this might help people on a tight budget, get more out of being a loyal Koodo customer.

Hi Jason, What you're describing is both the Positive tab which accrues after you have paid off your tab to a total of +$150, and the No Tab/SIM free discount which takes 10% off your monthly plan. Those are the options Koodo has available for all of their customers. Just thought you ought to know 🙂
