My son got a prepaid sim card and activated it last month. Yesterday was the plan expiry on the text plan only so I went on his account, made the $15 payment for one more month - was charged the $15 plus tax and figured all was good. This morning when I log into his account the message "Your account has expired and will be deactivated soon" appears across the top. The amount due to reactivate plan shows as $0, Current Balance shows as $15. In addition, I never added a voice booster, but there is one now showing on the overview page. Is his account still active and is he still able to text? I haven't grabbed his phone to check yet. This is all very confusing. I tried calling support, but they are closed and tell me to call back during regular business hours, but don't indicate what the regular business hours are. I have checked the koodo community for answers, but everyone talks about automatic top ups. I have not signed him up for automatic top ups. Please help. Thanks.

There can be a delay (especially if done outside of business hours) for the system to register the renewal with regards to the warning to top up. It will even show up if you auto top up. It took the money so I wouldn't worry. You can let us know if it persists for a couple more days or if you have issues from it and we can take it up from there. There's a 100 minute bonus for registering your credit card I believe. So if you never got a booster, that's likely it. Is it for 100 minutes? What does it say?
