"You're still waiting to be approved"

Hello, I’ve been trying to open up a Koodo account in order to buy a phone and start a plan, but not only does it tell me there was an error logging in, but I also get this when I try to get into self-serve.



I have never attempted to make a Koodo account before now and I am in dire need of a new phone and plan, so help ASAP would be very much appreciated.

Well, you went the opposite direction of creating a Koodo account. You need to buy a phone/plan first, then they will send you an “activation email” for account creation (not the other way around).


Anyway, you can go their web store to select a phone/plan https://www.koodomobile.com/phones?, then check out, the system should instruct you to do next. (if you use the same email for the new account, you will have to reset later, so I would suggest you use a different email if possible).
