I just got my Sim card today and registered for the account. When I try and login to self service, get the following message.
You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved
Customer service representations is not available . I request the online Rep to help me to setup my account.

Go to koodo.com/chat
Say you can't access self serve.
When it asks if this is your first time signing in, say yes.
Follow the instructions from there to reset your self serve profile and access your account.
If this doesn't work, you'll need to contact Koodo directly through Facebook messenger or Twitter DM.
