"You're still waiting to be approved"

Hi Koodo Community!

"Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."

Just order my phone and received my SIM card, I'm trying to port my number over but I can't log into my account.

I've tried the following
  1. used different browsers
  2. Incognito mode
  3. Resetting my password
  4. Used Koodo Help
I didn't get an email from Koodo about access approval, can anyone help? (The account I'm using to post this is the same email address as my Koodo self serve registration if that helps)

Youi needed to wait until you were sent an email to set up your self Serve you need to contact Koodo to have them reset it and wait until you receive the emai and follow it step by step
