wrong email for add-on confirmation


A while back I changed my email address. Today I used self-serve on my phone to get some US roaming/services for trip. The confirmation was sent to my old yahoo email address and not my current gmail address. I logged into Koodo on my laptop and all info is accurate. Why does Koodo not use current account info to send notifications. I don't use this yahoo email anymore!!

Make sure the email is the good one on self serve. If it isn't give Koodo a call and explain your problem so they can fix it!
