wrong email address?!?

I just got a Koodo account and went  to sign up for self service and it says my account has been linked to another email address (I only have one) and that it is waiting for permission to keep going with the registration.


Any ideas?

Did you receive your activation email yet? If not, or rather regardless anyways, you'll need ti reset your account. So you can do this in Koodo.com/chat yourself if you tell the ai that you cannot register for self serve. It'll run through asking about it. If it doesn't work please let us know.

Hi. Thanks for your reply.  When I go the chat it just keeps trying to set it up and then says that there is already an account set up even when I say I cannot register.  I had Koodo call my mom but it kept telling her to press 1 and she did and it hung up in her.    Any more suggestions?
