Wrong E-mail address registered in selfserve. please help.

Hi! I'm Italian and this is the first time for me to renew my pre-paid plan. Now I can't open my login to self serve because the customer who registred me at the store, have signed a wrong e-mail adress. How Can I do? It's possible to change the e-mail adress and replace it with the correct one? Valentina

You need to call Koodo to fix your self serve *611 on your koodo cell, it's a free call

Its a quick fix if you just call into Koodo like Dennis said *611 from your handset. They will just reset your password and confirm your email is the correct one.
