Why can’t I change my address on the web site?

I have tried many time to update my address on my account on the website. It keeps giving me an error saying “oops something went wrong”

it’s been a couple months of me trying.

I would like to update so I can order a new phone.

@Kmath We use Canada Post address verification system. Are you able to find your new address here:

I have just done that. And now it still says “oops something went wrong on our end”

it’s a P.O. Box does that matter ?
