Attempting to access the prepaid self serve web page results in a "We’re updating our systems" page, and no access to my account. This page states "We’ll be up and running again soon". "soon" is unreasonably vague. It has been 2 days so far. Is "soon" another day, another month, another year? Koodo owes its customers better than this. Please quantify "soon".

Prepaid self serve is working fine for me! If you are still experiencing issues, try deleting your browser's cache and cookies and then restarting the browser. Also, try using a different web browser to see if that works. The Koodo website is optimized for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer.
