When will my self serve be activated?? It says it needs to be approved by the manager :(

I don't know how much time this usually takes, I thought it was instantaneous. Who's name is on the account? Yours or your family's (mom or dad?)

Hi Sydney, Typically the only time you need approval to create a self serve account is when you create a second self serve account linked to the same phone number, in which case the holder of the first account must approve you by logging into their account and accepting you under role management. If you started creating one earlier and did not finish it or don't remember the login for that account, I would recommend you contact Koodo using *611 from your phone to get this straightened out.
