when is the prepaid site going to be up

im trying to get onto the prepaid selfserve and it down and i want to know when it will be up i need to cckeck my usages

I can log into mine OK on the first try about 30 minutes after the original post above, though it insists I live in another province at the top right corner of the page. Are you having a particular problem?
