When I try to log in to self serve, I get "page not found" and I've cleared all the cache and cookies.


I'm a monthly customer that switched over from a prepaid service which had no problem in the past. However, when I try to log in to self-serve from chrome, firefox, or mobile I simply get the "page not found". I've talked to representatives and they haven't been able to find a solution to this.
