When I put sim in my phone It's tell me to call customer care to activate? Now confused I asked for post paid plan at kiosk. Is this Pre?


I got Koodo on 27 Nov.. I haven't put in my cell phoneas my plan from different carrier is expire on 30 Nov...But when I put Koodo sim in my phone..Is tell me to call customer care to activate? Now I am confused I asked for post paid plan. so Now How should I know that is this Pre or Post Paid. In my first bill It charge me for 1 month of advance too but I asked for post paid plan...

Call customer care to activate and ask them, we don't have access to your account normally here. The kiosk may have put your start date as call in or there may be an issue with your device. Call in as asked.

It's normal to be billed in advance.
The sim should work though , but maybe the rep entered the number in wrong, or any other random things could have gone wrong.
Chad is right, definitely call in and ask what the problem is.
They will be able to tell you how to fix everything.
