Website Won't Allow Me To Add 5 Essentials


So I just switched to Koodo from Telus about a week ago and just found out about 5 Essentials. I'm trying to add them through the website (don't feel like paying $10 over the phone and I'm over my minutes anyway), but the page won't load. I click on Self Serve - Mobile Services - Five Essentials - Add Five Essentials, but the minute the 'Add Ons' page loads, it immediately redirects back to the previous Mobile Services page. This has been happening for the past 3 days on multiple devices. I'm getting annoyed, any ideas?

Hi Samantha that addon is no longer available. Those who have it have it and those who don't can't get it unfortunately.

Many found that a plan with unlimited minutes is more useful than the 5 essentials add-on was.

Also, the 5 essential is still there just because some people still have it. Removing it from the website will cause them problems.
