Website Says Can Log in to Self Serve - But CAN'T

Website says it's being worked on and will be up soon - but that we can still log in to self serve to see our account.  when you click the link to log into self serve, it just refreshes the same page.  I need to see my bill.  Anyone have any idea when this will be fixed?  Or if there's an alternate link? Thanks.

As far as I know, it is up now. Try a forced refresh by typing Ctrl-F5 or clearing your cookies.

Edit: scratch that, it's down for me too. Guess we'll need to wait it out I'm afraid... official word is we should expect it to be up again by the afternoon - if all goes well. Unexpected outage was unexpected, apparently!
