website menu takes me back to profile settings


I'm logged into the Koodo website and I keep clicking on monthly plan under self serve but it takes me back to my profile page to enter a new email address every time. I already have the email address I want set up with my account and have verified my email address

Sounds like you're setup as an account manager instead if the account owner. You'll need to call customer service so they can fix it on the back end.
