I have done everything, nothing works! can you please send another email so I can confirm my account please!!!! It’s frustrating.

Just go to Koodo assist and say you are having trouble logging into your self serve

If you are still having issues, you should contact a Koodo rep by scheduling a callback through Koodo Assist or sending a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

Have you tried asking your problem to the Digital Asistant? Sometimes it is able to solve these kind of issues.
