Voice and text usage


Where can I view my voice and text usage on-line. I seem to just be getting a run around. I can only view my old bill. When I try check for current usage I only get 100/100 displayed, even for the first day.

When you enter a new billing period it should update the information within the first couple of days into it. Same thing goes when it comes to your tab balance if you are on a tab and not prepaid. If you are still not able to view your current usage then I'd suggest speaking with customer service to validate how much you have used in your plan. Hope this helps. 🙂

Are you sure this is not the last day for current usage? Does it say how many days remaining in your billing cycle next to your usage?
