user id + password combo disabled by Koodo ??


my user id + password combo seems to have been disabled by koodo. I can't even pay my bill any more. Furthermore, when indicating that I "forgot" my pasword, i get "your password cannot be verified". ---Please help.

You'll need to connect with Koodo directly. I suggest a private message to their Facebook page, or a DM to their Twitter account, else dual *611 from your phone, but be aware there may be long waits.
