usage summary

why usage display summary is everytime zero~?

Hi In-Chan, I am going to assume you are looking at the usage summary on self-serve. Depending on what you are looking at, it can take different amount of times to update. Airtime usually takes the longest to update in usage summary. If your billing period just reset when you check, then there is a good chance this is why it as at zero. Hi: I am having the same problem. In the self-serve app always shows my usage as 0. Same issue when I check my account on the website.
