Upgrading Online

I have tried over the last couple days to pre-order a phone upgrade online. I get through the whole process just fine but keep getting error messages regarding payment saying to go into store? ( the site accepts my card just fine to pay bill). I am trying to do this online to avoid having to travel for upgrade as there are no Koodo stores in my area.

Have you tried other browsers and devices and clearing browser cache?
