Updating Mailing Address - Option is Not Available


Hi there, I have just signed up for my Koodo plan & self service, I noticed when I opened up my new account with Bell today they were using my old address from a year ago so today when I signed into Koodo I wanted to update my address and it says not available, my question is how do I update my previous mailing address to my current mailing address if this option is not available to me.

You will need to wait until 1 full billing cycle before you can update your mailing address.

I have been a customer for for 5 months and still it wont give me a link to update my address!!!
